Robert’s journey to Pendleton began in 1995, when he helped his grandparents move to the area during a stopover on his way to college. Little did he know, that visit would spark a lifelong connection to the Pacific Northwest. After 25 years of adventure—including a successful career in the California Bay Area and time spent living in the Middle East—Robert returned to the States and made Pendleton his home, joining much of his family already rooted there.

In 2017, Robert launched Robert Alan Property Management. The inspiration? A confrontation with a previous employer about accounting irregularities and missing tenant and owner funds. The employer’s dismissive challenge—“If you don’t like how I run my business, start your own!”—was all the motivation Robert needed. Three days later, he did exactly that.

Before founding RAPM, Robert spent 12 years in accounting and finance for the Bay Area startup industry and five years abroad as a Training Consultant in the Middle East. These experiences shaped his leadership style and commitment to integrity, transparency, and innovation.

Robert’s passion for being an engaged member of the Pendleton community runs deep. He takes pride in building strong relationships with property owners, tenants, and neighbors alike. His goal isn’t just to manage properties—it’s to contribute to a thriving community where everyone feels supported and valued.

Starting Robert Alan Property Management, he says, was the best decision of his life. It’s not just a business—it’s a passion project that has allowed him to build something meaningful alongside a talented team he’s incredibly proud of.

Tracy Wright joined Robert Alan Property Management in July 2022, relocating from Texas to serve as Pendleton Branch Manager. Her expertise and dedication quickly led to her promotion to Finance and Operations Director, where she now plays a pivotal role in shaping the company’s financial strategy and operational efficiency.

With more than 30 years of experience in accounting and business, Tracy holds a BA in Accounting and an MBA from UTSA. Her impressive career includes working with several high-profile corporations across a range of accounting disciplines.

Tracy enjoys the pace of small-town living and is a devoted animal lover. She shares her home with two beloved cats adopted from PAWS and continues to serve as “Mommy” to our fearless security manager, Samantha. In her free time, she loves crafting, diving into a good book, and dreaming about future horseback riding adventures.

As Finance and Operations Director, Tracy remains focused on driving success and innovation while ensuring the continued growth of Robert Alan Property Management.

Autumn Lilly leads Development and Tenant Relations at Robert Alan Services, where she focuses on strengthening tenant relationships, improving communication, and supporting the company’s continued growth.

Before joining Robert Alan Services, Autumn spent a decade with MedDocs in Israel, beginning as an in-house copywriter and later working alongside industry leaders to understand customer needs and turn complex ideas into clear, meaningful experiences. That background now shapes her approach to tenant engagement, problem-solving, and relationship development.

Autumn is committed to creating responsive, inclusive systems that support both tenants and the communities Robert Alan serves. Her work includes helping residents navigate concerns, identifying opportunities for improvement, and developing practical solutions that build trust between tenants and management.

A proud member of the Navajo and Laguna Pueblo Tribes, Autumn holds a BA in Philosophy, which influences her analytical approach to communication, creative problem-solving, and community relationships.

Her commitment to social justice has also taken her beyond the office. Through time spent meeting with UNICEF and other NGOs in Haiti, she saw firsthand the value of collaboration, advocacy, and community-centered work. Those experiences continue to shape her focus on inclusivity and responsible development.

Outside of work, Autumn enjoys yoga, reading, and travel. She is also a Wing Chun practitioner and instructor, a novice weaver, and a lifelong learner.

Thomas Martin is the newest member of our team, bringing a wealth of writing experience from his work across various genres and industries. Based in Western Oregon, Thomas has a passion for storytelling and a deep understanding of how to connect with readers through engaging, clear content.

When he's not writing, Thomas enjoys exploring the great outdoors, hiking trails, and indulging in his passion for wildlife photography. His love for nature and his surroundings infuse his writing with a unique perspective that resonates with his audience.

Meet Samantha, the office's head of security and the "goodest good girl" around! She takes her role very seriously, sniffing out both treats and suspicious characters with equal enthusiasm.

With her tail-wagging charm and fierce bark, Samantha keeps the office safe from any pesky squirrels and the occasional delivery person. When she’s not on patrol, you’ll find her napping on the couch, dreaming of a world where belly rubs never end.
