Robert Fales

Robert first came to Pendleton in 1995 when he helped his Grandparents move here on his way to college. He never thought he would fall in love with the Pacific Northwest and eventually move here. It took 25 years, but Robert moved back to the States and settled in Pendleton, where most of his family now lives. 

He started Robert Alan Property Management in 2017 after confronting an employer about accounting irregularities and missing tenant and owner funds. 

The previous property management company owner told him, “If you don’t like how I run my business, start your own!” Three days later, he did just that! 

In his past professional career, he was in accounting and finance for the startup industry in the California Bay Area for 12 years. Later, he spent five years living abroad in the Middle East as a Training Consultant.

He says starting Robert Alan Property Management was the best decision he’s ever made and set his course for the life he enjoys now. Robert is very proud of the team and what they have built together.

With 4+ years of customer service experience, Katie joined us as our Tenant Liaison in June of 2022. 

She works hard to offer the best experience for tenants. She aims to expand her knowledge in property management and eventually open her own branch of Robert Alan Property Management.

Tracy moved from Texas to join Robert Alan Property Management in July 2022 as our Pendleton Branch Manager and has now moved to our new offices in Milton-Freewater.

She brings over 30 years in the accounting and business field to the position and possesses a BA in Accounting and an MBA from UTSA. Her work experience includes working for several high-profile corporations in various areas of accounting.

With a wide range of interests, she enjoys reading and crafting. She loves animals and has the pleasure of being “Mommy” to our fearless security manager, Samantha. She also just adopted two sweet cats from PAWS. 

She welcomes small-town living, and horseback riding is definitely in her future. Her goal is to continue to grow in her role; while continually learning and improving.

Mike joined us in early 2021 as our MCR Lead. Having worked in New England construction for over 12 years with firms like MCCI-NH Inc., and Natural Playgrounds, Inc., Mike had been fortunate enough to work on numerous projects ranging from restoring the Amoskeag Mill complex to building multiple Universities, food services, medical, residential, and commercial.  

Mike brings a diverse portfolio of architectural design knowledge, building engineering, and product systems knowledge to the Robert Alan Property Management team. 

Mike is a major extreme sports enthusiast. For Mike, there is no better feeling than making any dreams into reality through hard work and dedication. 

Autumn is the new Sales and Marketing Director for Robert Alan Services. After a decade of invaluable experience at MedDocs, Israel, where she began her journey as an in-house copywriter, Autumn brings her passion and expertise back to the States.

Having collaborated with industry giants, Autumn has honed her skills in understanding customer needs and preferences, adeptly translating them into captivating narratives that resonate with the target audience. Her passion lies in shaping the stories behind products, turning concepts into market realities, and delivering tangible results.

Outside the professional realm, Autumn firmly believes in the significant impact of social justice and has previously been involved in impactful campaigns that make a difference in people's lives. This dedication to making a positive impact extends to her role at Robert Alan, where she strives to create spaces that foster inclusivity and community engagement.

In her free time, Autumn enjoys hiking, yoga, and traveling. She's also a Wing Chun practitioner / instructor, a bullet journal enthusiast, and a voracious reader.

The newest member of our team, Thomas Martin is an accomplished writer based in Eastern Oregon. He has a passion for storytelling that spans across genres and industries. 

When not hard at work, Thomas can often be found exploring the great outdoors, hiking trails, or indulging in his passion for wildlife photography. His dedication to his craft and love for his surroundings infuse his writing with a unique perspective that resonates with readers.

Samantha is the goodest good girl and suffers no fools. 

As the head of security at Robert Alan, she takes her job seriously, sniffing out treats and suspicious characters alike. With a tail-wagging charm and a fierce bark, Samantha keeps the office safe from pesky squirrels and delivery guys. 

You'll find her napping on the comfiest cushion when she's not on patrol, dreaming of a world where every belly rub is endless.
