Touring a Property
The first step is to book an appointment. When your appointment time arrives, swing by our office at 305 SW Dorion Avenue, Pendleton, OR 97801 to pick up the key to view the property. We’ll ask for a government-issued photo ID and a $50 refundable key deposit, which will be returned when you bring the key back.
Tours are self-guided, giving you plenty of time to look around, explore the property, and decide if it’s the right place for you.
Submitting an Application
Found a place that feels like home? That's great! The next step is submitting your rental application. Each applicant over the age of 18 will need to complete their own application and pay the application fee.
